1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup applesauce
1-1/2 teas vanilla
3 ripe bananas
2 cup whole wheat flour
2 eggs
1/2 teas baking soda
1/2 teas salt
1 teas baking powder
1/2 cup soy milk + 2 Tablespoonful apple cider vinegar in it.
1-1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Mix all up, put in a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
