9 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
1/4 c. chopped green onions (4 medium)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 c. ranch dressing
Croissants, split
Torn lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each egg in half. Remove yolks; place in large bowl. Mash yolks with fork. Stirn in onions, salt pepper and ranch dressing. Chopp egg whites; stir into yolk mixture. Place mixture on croissant add lettuce.
