2 C cranberries
1 1/3 C water
1 pkg. cherry or cranberry jello
1 C sugar
2/3 C diced celery
2/3 C diced walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the 2 cups cranberries and 1 1/3 cup water together until berries pop. About 5 min.
Then add cherry jello and sugar. Stir and cool. When cool, add celery and walnuts.
Put into 1 qt. ring mold.

My mother, Emma Armstrong always added the 1 cup sugar while they were boiling. She thought it made for a sweeter taste. Not so tart.
