1 ball of dough - about 2 lbs. 1 lb. hot or sweet Italian sausage may add pinch of chopped garlic or fennel
Take sausage out of casing. Fry sausage, keep about 1 tsp oil (to rub on top of bread). Stretch dough like pizza shape and top with crubled sausage pices. Roll gently ( about 3 turns) to have a nice loaf of bread. Bake about 45 mins. 375-400º (ovens-vary). Let cool a bit. Slice and enjoy!
