1-2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
2 c. diced chicken (baked, broiled, boiled)
1/2 c. diced carrots (pre-cooked)
1/2 c. frozen peas (thawed)
1/2-1c. diced boiled potatoes
(can add onions or mushrooms)
2 Ready Made Pie Crust (for top and bottom)
1/2 c. half & half
1/2 c. milk (may add more depending how you like the consistency or if you use 2 cans of Cream of Chicken Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, carrots, potatoes, peas, etc. add 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup, 1/2 c. half & half and 1/2 c. milk. Mix. (Check to see if you need 2nd can of soup). Lay out pie crust in dish, or rectangular baker - pou chicken mixture in - add top crust. Bake until crust brown, about 45-50 min. 400. May want to place foil under dish for overspill at times.
