2 (10oz.) pkg.s frozen chopped spinach
2 cups her seasoned stuffing mix (crush in blender)
1 cup grated Pecorino Cheese
6 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup softened margarine
Dash of Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw spinach and squeeze out all excess moisture.
Combine with remaining ingredients. Shape into balls the size of walnuts.
Refridgerate or freeze on cookie sheets. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
