Brown in 3 tablespoons butter: 1 c. diced celery 1 small onion, diced
Add: 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 cans water 2 cups mayonnaise 1 can water chestnuts 1 c. raw rice Cook 15 minutes on top of stove; add salt and pepper. Add: 1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken or turkey Put in greased casserole dish; top with butter crumbs. ( cornflakes.) Or 1 pkg. of stove top stuffing mix mixed according to box. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
