salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash turkey carefully inside and outside.
Wipe dry with paper towels.
Season inside with salt and pepper.
Place in roaster. Do not cover.
Cook @ 300-350 until tender.
Allow 25 minutes per pound.
