1 lb. dry fettucine
2/3 c. butter (or less)
1 c. heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
dash garlic powder or minced garlic
1/2 c. grated romano cheese
1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook fettucine till al dente, drain.
In large saucepan, melt butter into cream over low heat.
Add seasonings. Stir in cheeses over medium heat till melted, this will thicken the sauce.
Add pasta to sauce. Stir to thoroughly coat pasta.
Serve immediately!

Use the best cheese you can use. If you buy the prepackaged cheeses, they clump up and don't melt as well!! Sounds hard....but doesn't take long!
Forget about calories for this meal!
