1 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
1 1/2 c. of cooked rice (1/2 c. uncooked)
1 small jar Cheez Whiz

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and saute' onion until onion is done or clear. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Place in casserole dish. Cook uncovered for approximately 30 minutes at 350.
