1 doz boiled eggs
2 tbs crushed chili pepper
1 tsp salt
Red wine vinegar
2 med onions, diced
5-8 whole cloves
5 cloves of garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and peel eggs (leave whole). Place in a large jar, container with a cover. Place salt, chili peppers, onions, cloves & garlic in the container also. Pour wine vinegar to cover. Seal and place in dark cool place (do not refrigerate) for 6 weeks.
