4 to 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 in. cubes
2 c. sliced mushrooms
3 tbsp. basil pesto sauce, Classico brand
12 oz. penne pasta
1 c. whipping cream
4 to 5 oz. basil pesto sauce
3 to 6 tbsp. pine nuts, toasted
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook penne as directed; drain. Combine whipping cream and pesto sauce (4 to 5 oz.) and cook over low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring often. Meanwhile, toss chicken in 3 tbsp. of pesto. Saute chicken in 1 tbsp. olive oil until cooked. Saute mushrooms in olive oil. Toss pasta, pesto/cream mixture, mushrooms, chicken and pine nuts.
