Juice of 2 lemons (6 T.)
Rind of 2 lemons (4 t.)
4 T. softened butter
Approximately 4 cups sifted confectioners sugar
1 t. lemon extract

Beat all ingredients well adding more sugar if needed to reach desired consistency.
