6 veal cutlets
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 c dry bread crumbs
1/2 c parmesan, cheese, grated
2 tbsp butter
2 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp basil
1 6 oz package mozzarella cheese slices, cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375. Dip cutlets in combined egg and seasonings and then in mixture of bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Melt butter in skillet; brown cutlets. Place cutlets in 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Combine tomato sauce and basil; pour over cutlets. Top each cutlet with slice of mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
