4-6 lbs of russet potatoes, boiled, chilled,peeled, cut up
2 stalks of celery, diced small
1 small onion diced
6 hard-boiled eggs, 4 chopped 2 sliced
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 c milk
salt pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and chill. Serve as soon as removed from the refrigerator, sliced eggs on top with paprika sprinkled on the top.

This is the potatoe salad I remember from the grandmother's. But every one has their own additions. Some like pickles, mustard, bacon,etc.
