3 Cups Strawberries, halved
1 C white sugar
1/2 c if slicing the berries
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tablespoons instant tapioca
2 tablespoons spices: 1 1/2 t cinnamom, 1/4 nutmeg,1/4 clove and a pinch of ginger

Directions:

Mix ingredients, Empty into a 9 " flour pie crust, and cover with strips of dough. Brush egg white over top crust. Bake at 350 degrees until top golden.
