1 Wedge 8 oz.Gorgonzola cheese (grumbled)
2 Cooked and cubed chicken breasts
1/2 wedge of Asigo cheese (shaved)
Dressing:
1c.Mayo
1/4 c. Heavy cream
2 T. Balsamic vinegar
2 T. Sugar
1/2 t. Salt
1/4 t. Pepper

Place all ingd. in large bowl. Toss with dressing.
