2 Beaten eggs.
2 c.Crab meat
1 T.Mustard ( dry )
2 T. Mayo
1 T Chopped Parsley
1/2 c. Fresh cracker crumbs
1/2 c.Flour
Cocktail sauce:
1 c. Catsup
1 T. Horseradish
1 t. Fresh lemon juice

Directions:

Mix together all ingd. Form into 2 in. patties. Dredge in flour and drop into hot peanut oil until golden brown. Aprox 5-6 min. Drain on paper towel. Serve with cocktail sauce.
