1 28 oz. Can Pok and Beans (drained)
1 Med. Purple onion ( diced fine )
2-3 T. Sweet pickle relish
3 Boiled eggs sliced
1 c. Mayo
1 t. Mustard
2 Stalks celery Chopped fine
1/2 t. Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingd. throughly and chill. Save 3 slices of egg to garnish the top of salad. Sprinkle top with paprika.
