1/4 c. Soy sauce
1/4 c. Water
1/4 c. Olive Oil
2 T. Sugar
2 Cloves Garlic ( crushed )
1 Small piece fresh ginger (crushed )

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingd. together in shallow pan. Use as a marinade for beef, pork or chicken. Let meats marinade for at least 2-4 hours.
