1 3/4 c. sugar
2 c. salad oil
1 t. celery seed
2 t. salt
1 t. dry mustard
3/4 c. cider vinegar

Blend all thoroughly. Store in refrigerator.

This is a delicious, light dressing, especially good on a spinach
salad with fresh fruit, goat cheese, and candied pecans.
