Zucchini Squash Bars Recipe

1 cup oil
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 tsp soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
3 cups grated zuke
1 1/2 cups walnuts
1 1/2 cups coconut

1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 cube margarine
1 tsp vanilla
nuts and coconut

Mix all non-topping ingredients together and spread in two 9 X 13 pans, greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Mix topping ingredients and spread on cooled bars in pans. Cut into squares. The extra nuts and coconut can be sprinkled over the bars, if desired.
