1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
2 cans Vegetarian Vegetable Soup, drained
1 small can V-8 juice
1 envelope McCormick Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix
2 eggs
3/4 c. Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients EXCEPT ketchup. Place mixture in a large baking dish and spread ketchup on top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
