1 cup water
4 whole eggs

Directions:
In a large sauce pan, bring to a boil water, salt and margarine. Add flour all at once, stirring continually, until a ball is formed, and the dough leaves the sides of the pan. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating after each addition. Mixture should be a solid mass. Place by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet, leaving 2 inches between each. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, turn oven to 400 degrees and bake for 25 minutes more. Remove from oven, cool. Cut a slit in each puff and fill with whipped cream. Sit on wax paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Personal Notes:
If you want these to be eclairs, just fill with vanilla cream pudding or custard and frost with chocolate glaze or frosting.
