1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 stick margarine
2 cans beef consommé soup
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. steak, cut into bite sizes and tenderized
1 1/2 cups rice, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in skillet, saute' onions and bell pepper. Spoon out onion & peppers, then add bite sizes pieces of steak. Brown steak, add rice, soup, peppers and onions and stir all together. Pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover and Bake 1 hour at 350 º.
