4 to 5 medium size cucumbers, peeled and sliced
1 bunch green onions, chopped
DRESSING:
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Layer sliced cucumbers and onions in a container with lid. Heat the vinegar, oil, sugar and salt, stirring so sugar will dissolve. Let cool and then pour over the cucumbers and onions. Store in refrigerator.
