1 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
4 tbsp. margarine, melted
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 eggs
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste (at least 1 1/2 tsp. salt)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni until done. While still hot, add the margarine and all but 1/2 cup cheese. Mix well. Beat the eggs and add to macaroni mixture. Add milk and seasonings. Return to stove and cook, stirring, over medium heat for 3 minutes. Pour into greased 1 1/2-qt. casserole and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake @ 350 for approximately 20 minutes, till cheese is melted.
