1/2 lb. butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta Cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. Hershey's powdered cocoa or 1 cup peanut butter
2 c. of nuts or 2 cups of unsalted peanuts if peanut butter is used.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cheese and butter together, add vanilla flavoring. Mix sugar and cocoa together then add to mixture. Add nuts and pour into greased 8 x 8 pan and refrigerate for 30 min.
