1/2 cup olive oil
Juice from 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon
1/4 teaspoon fresh pepper
Fresh chopped Marjoram, Thyme, and Oregano
Crushed garlic clove
2 Large Artichokes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the above ingredients except the artichokes. Set aside. Cook artichokes in boiling water that has the other half of the lemon cut into quarters and two whole garlic cloves. Boil until artichokes are cooked through. Remove from water and let cool until you can handle them. Cut in half and scoop out the center down to the heart. (All the fuzzy part) Place artichokes cut side down in marinade and let set for at least hour. Grill on BBQ.
