2 - 3 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 large egg, beaten
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 green onion, chopped (optional)
1 can refrigerated biscuits (I use 8 Grands.)
6-8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, milk, egg, cheese, and green onion. Flatten out and shape biscuits into greased muffin tins. Sprinkle with half the bacon, and spoon mixture into dough. Top with rest of bacon.
Bake at 375 for approximately 20 minutes.
