1 fryer 1 stick butter 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 c. self rising flour 1 1/2 c. buttermilk 2 c. chicken broth
Boil chicken, debone, and cut up (keep broth). Spread chicken in bottom of large baking dish. Mix 2 cups broth with soup and pour over chicken. Blend flour and milk and pour over chicken. Bake 375º for 30-40 min. Cut up margarine on top and place back into oven to brown.
