3 1/2 c. Flour
2 t. Soda
1 1/2 t. Salt
1 t. Cinnamon
1 t. nutmeg
3 c. Sugar
1 c. Oil
4 Eggs
2/3 c. water
2 c. Pumpkin, canned

Directions:
Directions:
- In a large bowl, sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon. Add all other ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Put into 3 loaf pans and bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
- Or pour into cup cake tins
- Frost them with Cream Cheese Frosting
