3 cans black-eyed peas, drained 1 can tomato soup 1 small jar of pimentos, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 2/3 c. vinegar 1 can carrots, drained (or 2 c. cooked) 1 bell pepper, chopped 1 onion, sliced thin 1/2 c. sugar 2/3 c. Wesson oil
