1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 or 3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. (heaping) butter
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat well. Cook over low flame until full boil, stirring constantly. Remove from fire. Continue to beat for a minute. Makes about 1 cup. Will keep in refrigerator for about 3 or 4 days.
