1 lb. ground beef
1 jar (14 oz.) spaghetti sauce
2 tubes (8 oz ea.) large refrigerated biscuits
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, brown beef and drain well. Stir in spaghetti sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. Press biscuits onto the bottom and up the sides of well greased muffin cups. Spoon 2 tbsp. meat mixture into each cup. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 3 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
