3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 to 2 1/2 lbs. boneless round steak
1 to 2 tbsp butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/3 c. water
1 c. celery; sliced
1/2 c. onion; chopped
1 garlic clove; minced
1 to 3 tsp. beef bouillon granules

Directions:

In a shallow bowl, mix flour, pepper and salt. Cut steak into six serving size portions; dredge in flour mixture. In a large skillet, brown steak in butter. Place in crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over steak. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or until meat is tender.
