2 large eggs
Favorite additions (ham, cheese, onions, green peppers, etc)
Quart size Ziploc freezer bags

Directions:
Directions:
Crack eggs in freezer bag and shake and gently squeeze to "scramble" the eggs. Add your favorite additions. Be sure to let out all the air! In a large pot bring water to a rolling boil. Place bag in boiling water and cook for exactly 13 minutes. Pull the bag out of the water and open carefully. The omelet will roll right out!

You can do about 6 to 8 omelets in a large pot. For more than 8 omelets use a second pot of boiling water.
