4 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
3 eggs; beaten
2 1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Your favorite toppings

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in brown sugar. In a separate bowl mix eggs, milk, and vanilla. Whisk into dry ingredients. Pour batter into a bottle (restaurant style ketchup bottle). In a large fry pan, heat vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, squeeze the batter into the oil forming the traditional round funnel cakes; being sure to overlap the batter many times so it sticks together. After a couple of minutes flip the funnel cake and let the other side brown. Remove from pan and place on paper towels to drain excess fat. Top with your favorite toppings.
