5 lbs. potatoes
1/4 c. chives; chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz. sour cream
2 cups ham; chopped
Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cube potatoes. Cover slightly with water. Add chives and ham; cook until potatoes are tender. Reduce heat to low and add soup and sour cream. Let simmer and stir often. Ladle into bowl and top with a little shredded cheddar cheese, if desired.
