1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup White Karo Syrup
1 Cup Peanuts or Cashews
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
In 1-1/2 qt. casserole dish stir sugar and syrup. Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir in nuts on high 3-5 minutes until light brown. Add butter and vanilla stir and microwave 1-2 minutes on high. Add baking soda stir until foams. Pour onto greased cookie sheet. Cool 1 hour. Break into pieces.
