6 large green peppers
1 pound hamburger
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. cooked rice
1 15 ounce can tomato sauce
3/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Clean peppers, removing seeds and membrane from inside of peppers. Cook peppers in enough boiling water to cover 5 minutes.

Cook and stir hamburger and onion until hamburger is lightly brown; drain and stir in salt garlic salt, rice and 1 cup of the tomato sauce.

Stuff each pepper with hamburger mixture; stand upright in ungreased baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over peppers. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
