Preheat oven to 350º. Put artichokes and cream cheese in food processor. Blend well. Melt butter in microwave. Spread mixture on both sides of bread, then dredge in butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan on both sides. Put in oven until toasted. Cut each slice into 4th's and serve.
