1 can artichokes
1 1/2 loaves white thin bread (Pepperidge Farm)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 sticks unsalted butter
1 container Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Put artichokes and cream cheese in food processor. Blend well. Melt butter in microwave. Spread mixture on both sides of bread, then dredge in butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan on both sides. Put in oven until toasted.
Cut each slice into 4th's and serve.
