3/4 c shortening (or butter)
3/4 c brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 med mashed bananas
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Drop by spoonfuls and bake at 350 for 10 mins.


ICING--

6 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp cream
4 tbsp butter

Boil then cool- add powdered sugar to right consistency and 1/2 tsp vanilla
