3/4 package of jumbo shells (about 24 shells)
1 1/2 c. Ricotta Cheese
1 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 c. Romano Cheese
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt (optional)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 jar of spaghetti sauce (eg. Classico, PC Pasta sauce)
1/2 lb ground beef, sauted
Cheese for sprinkling

Cook shells to al dente (about 12 minutes)
Rinse in cold water.
Combine the next 8 ingredients.
Place 1/3 - 1/2 sauce (without meat) on the bottom of an 9x13 pan.
Stuff the shells with the cheese mixture and arrange one layer of shells over the pasta sauce.
Saute the ground beef and add to remaining pasta sauce. Sprinkle with Romano or Parmasan cheese.
Top the stuffed shells with the rest of the sauce.
Cover and bake at 350 F. for 20 minutes.
Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes longer
