1 lb. ground beef
2 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp ketchup
1/2 tsp. beef bouillon granules
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 oz. medium egg noodles
8 oz. sour cream with French onion dip
2 tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain off fat. Stir in water, parsley, ketchup, bouillon, and pepper. Stir in uncooked noodles. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for 15 to 20 minutes until noodles are tender; stirring occasionally. Stir together dip and flour; add to meat mixture. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Cook for 1 more minute.
