1/3 c. butter (for pan)
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450. Put butter in 9 x 13 inch pan and place in the oven until melted. Remove from oven and set aside. Sift dry ingredients. Add milk and stir with fork until dough just clings together. Turn onto a well floured surface and knead 10 times. Roll out to 1/2 in thickness. Cut into strips and then across the other direction making small rectangles. Place in butter and flip to coat both sides with butter. Bake until light brown; approximately 10-15 minutes.
