1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. spicy mustard
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Dash black pepper
2 medium tomatoes
4 slices rye bread
1/2 lb. turkey; sliced
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese; sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, oregano and pepper. Divide evenly and spread onto each slice of bread. Divide turkey evenly and place on bread. Thinly slice tomatoes and place onto turkey. Top with cheese. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot.
