1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. butter

3/4 c. white Karo
3/4 c. nuts

1 c. cream 3/4 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to boil Karo, sugar and cream. When boiling vigor­ously, add butter. Cook to firm ball stage. Remove from stove. Add nuts and vanilla. Stir well and turn into but­tered loaf tin. Let stand until cold, turn out on board and cut into small squares. cook to 238 degrees for soft, or 240 for firm candy.
