2 10-in. flour tortillas
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 Granny Smith apple
1 c. strawberries
1 kiwi fruit, peeled
1 small orange
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. apple jelly

Directions:
Directions:
Brush tortillas with water. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle on tortillas. Cut tortillas in wedges and place on a cookie sheet or baking stone. Bake in a 475 oven for 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown. Place on cooling rack and let cool completely.

Chop apple, strawberries and kiwi fruit. Remove the zest from the orange and juice the orange. Mix together chopped fruit, zest, orange juice, brown sugar and apple jelly. Serve with cinnamon chips.
