3 cups water, 1 lb broccoli, 1/2 cup onions, 1 cup cream, 1 cup or 4 oz grated american cheese, 1/8 tsp black pepper, 2 tbsp chicken bullion, 1/4 cup butter, 3 tbsp flour, 4 cups milk, 1/4 tsp thyme, 1/8 tsp red pepper

Directions:
Boil water and bullion. Add broccoli, cook 3 minutes with cover off then 10 minutes with cover on. Saute onions in butter then add flour to make a paste. Add broccoli and water. Add cream, milk, cheese and spices.
